Interview Neuroscience Account Manager

I had an interview with the District Manager, and then the Neuroscience Account Manager from the territory called me to get to know me better. Since then, I haven’t heard anything from them. Do you think I’m still in the process? I’m wondering if the delay could be due to internal discussions or scheduling, as sometimes these things can take a bit longer. How long does the process usually take? Is there another round with the Regional Manager?

Could be scheduling….depending on where you are interviewing, and the district and regional managers they have in place….. ideally, a candidate has to interview with a district manager and one other district or regional manager. You’ll also need to interview with the VP, so that’s a lot of schedules to organize……

Recently went through the interview process with Vanda. I had my interview with the district manager, spoke with the rep I’d be partners with in the territory, interview with the regional manager, then interview with the medical director and CPO all within the same week. Had the job offer the next week. They’re going through a huge expansion hiring 140+ reps, so it could be that they are so busy with that that they are having some scheduling conflicts. Hang in there, check your application status online and see if it’s changed. Good luck!
