Hello,
Got a interview soon, so
Wanted to ask for any relevant feedback from those in the field about Teva and Austedo?
Dont care for the wise cracks.
My current role is the most heavily metric driven I have been involved in last 15+years,
and is becoming punitive on IC/end of year evals and auto PIP's.
Moral is low here so culture is key at this point. A lateral move on pay is considered.

If you’re neuro you will have both Ajovy and Austedo (60/40 maybe). I’m in psych with only Austedo. That said, Teva is rapidly becoming a metric driven company. New leadership is about results and metrics. Haven’t seen PIPs in the years I have been here, but not a poor performer either. Teva underwent major changes q4 and still is settling in. Managers have more pressure to drive the agenda leadership wants, but most good managers can and do filter what they can. There has been more eyes on activity and calls recently as well. Hope that helps and gives you an idea.

All true. Lot more interest in overall metrics. Busy work all around. Results are at the top of the list with no excuses for failure. Teva remains in debt up to their eyeballs, and only sales and cost reduction can solve that problem.
