Guys, I have an interview coming up for the Prolia/Enbrel to Rheum/Derm's sales force soon. Is anyone willing to offer some tips on how Amgen's interview process goes? I have recently been downsized from previous pharma company and need some honest, constructive help.
Thanks

run and run as fast as you can. Amgen is big big pharma and layoffs will be coming here soon too. Only interview here is you are completely hopeless and need a short term job till you get a real job.

experience based interview questions, know the company and future products (pipeline). Figure out the top 5 payors, top 20 customers (rh, dm, pmo) and create a 30,60,90 against them. Interview the manager as much as you are being interviewed, you want to find the job that fits your needs as well. Good luck.

PS
This site doesn't accurately portray the feelings/attitudes of the majority- only the few disgruntled minority. Don't be swayed. It is a great company to work for, the beni's are good, and the mgmt team is pretty easy to work for.
