Anyone read the latest FDA Maude report on Nuvasive?

A Medical Journal article was published where during an XLIF surgery, there was a ""intra-operative aortic laceration"".
Someone realized a FDA Maude report was never filed. So +2 years later they filed a FDA Maude report....LOL!
FDA....still not enforcing Medical Codified Laws and not policing the medical field for patient safety.....
Why even bother filing the Maude +2 years after the incident??
