Once the RD’s are onboard and announced here in the next couple of weeks they will sift through the resumes and start setting up interviews in mid-June. The ODAC date is 6/20 with a decision by 7/27. My guess is that all offers will be contingency offers sometime in late June and if the ODAC vote goes well onboarding by late June early July with training in mid-July and a launch meeting post approval.
 












The key is ODAC. Very good chance that they will push back on phase II data and recommend waiting for the phase III results. MM is a very crowded space with a lot of effective agents, pretty hard to make the "unmet need" argument.
 












Multiple agents can effectively be used in the space that carf is shooting for. Less than a 50/50 chance that it gets approved prior to phase III data. Full disclosure - I am not an employee, but do own Onyx shares. I will be very happy if I am wrong.
 












I like to buy what I know. Carf is a winner and the Bayer's next TKI looks pretty darn good as well. Throw in the strength of the sorafinib sales and you have a pretty good story. I am long on Onyx so it won't kill me to wait for the phase III data.
 






Did my research, going to pass. The subq Velcade has sunk Carf. Docs only want to use an IV agent early, that where Velcade is indicated adn the only advantage Carf had is gone because of subQ. After that they move to the oral agents.
