Integra Spine

What's it like over at Integra Spine? Good products or a bunch of 'me toos'? I'm looking at an associate role in the SE, to get my foot in the door. Any idea on the expected comp, market share, # of cases one could expect coming into this role in this area?

Think you mean theken spine! Nobody knows who Integra Spine is and at the rate they are going nobody ever will. Perfect example of how Integra ruins a great company!

lol, not getting the best of feedback. I knew they took over theken spine a couple years back. but was wondering how receptive their products were. I imagine you're up against the giants like DePuy and MDT so is there possible for business. This is for a full rep position btw, not an associate

Competition is tough and Integra is a small player late to the game. You can make decent money but in terms of product and reputation you will always come up short. Everyone is unorganized and confused all the time.

From everything I have seen and heard, the SeaSpine people (for the most part) are pretty solid. The Integra Spine people, not so much. I guess that's why Integra moved their Pres and VP of Sales out and gave those spots to the SeaSpine Pres and VP of Sales.

That seems like an easy assumption, but highly unlikely. SS's sales were not as strong ad the Integra side. Integra had many years of growth before the acquisition, and this would most likely be a negotiated placement of SS personnel. If the VP of sales wasnt fulfilling his duties, they would have let him go, instead of making him VP of Marketing.

Really? Both were 50 mil in annual sales. How does that make Integra sales stronger? SeaSpine was clearly the better run company and Integra Spine was subpar. If that wasn't the case, I guarantee Stephenson and Rybka wouldn't be running the show there now.
