The model isn't working for us DM's and our Rep's where we are forced to be in most appointments with our rep's who have a top 250 account, or even be with our Rep's more frequently than the norm. Doc's like to meet with one person typically and more gets accomplished towards moving forward in the sale. Where there is somewhat challenging access, we are starting to get even less, because the physician's don't like this style of selling. What happened to the old days of Hospital Sales when we didn't have to micromanage our rep's and breath down their necks?
