That is the plan either way. I am just not sure of the timing. They can’t seem to get their act together to make it happen.
 






Buy or sell 1 share during the blackout period, admit it and then see what happens. I bet you don’t keep your job! This place is such a joke. We are the laughing stock of other pharma cos. I say interview and get out before the Sun buyout or the next big negative story. Both should be soon....
 






There is too much pressure on Sun at this time. The earnings are going to look terrible to investors. If the buyout has to happen, it has to be this month before the earnings are released. They really would like to avoid answering any question about Ilumya failures and instead talk about how good Taro will be for Sun, bla bla. They have screwed up big time on the Ilumya launch and insider trading. They have no choice but to find a way to move away from here
 






The blueprint is being set up for sure.

Collections and Payables will be handled in Mumbai starting July 1.

Customer Service moved to Princeton October 1.

Legal and Human Resources staff will be asked to join their bosses in Princeton by years end.

Finance will be a Shared Service absorbed by Princeton on or about 12/31.

OTC, Generic, (sans Art/Trade Shows) Regulatory, and Clinical share the 2nd floor for the time being.

Both CFOs remain. One works Midnight to Noon, the other Noon to Midnight to get the feel of a 24 hour a day company.

When the soft drink company’s lease ends, remaining 20 or so move to a satellite office in Paramus, building becomes a Courtyard by Marriott.

I cannot agree more! They really need a new narrative. How good a company we will become, overcome all past challanges under ONE SUN. We will turn the page and write our story of success.
