I have the inside scoop and obviously I cant tell you how I know. Normally I wouldnt say anything but it makes me sick that Strativa is playing you so bad that I just couldnt help but to warn you.
The $5,000 retention bonus will never be paid because you will be laid off within a year. Therefor, you will have to pay a major portion of that back. Strativa knows this and wants only to fill smoke screens to keep you around.
I am only warning you so you can continue to look and protect your family. The rest is up to you. You will be laid off within by x-mas.
