Insensitivity and the decline of Novartis

I am shocked and dismayed at the lack of civility being displayed on these discussion forums by the good people of Novartis. It breaks my heart to think that the good people with this company have sunk to the point of snide, hurtful comments at the expense of others with this fine upstanding company. Why just tonight I observed the most disgraceful and repugnant display of hateful discourse that I don't think I will be able to sleep. What have we become? When a great corporation like Novartis is reduced to the nomination of the "Stink Sandal" award being unabashedly thrust upon honest, innocent employees, what is next? Well, enough of my ramblings, I have lost all faith in humanity, Novartis, and mankind. I will not look at that Puerto Rico thread and read the smarty-pants comments anymore!
 
















































I 100% agree with the original poster. After reading the PR thread, it sickened me. I personally know many of the PR folks and they are top notch individuals and employees. I hope they all know that the people who posted such ignorant comments are absolutely not the majority of Novartis, but rather people who are trying to make others feel like shit because they themselves have such a low self esteem. Such a pity that people can actually get a rise by putting people down...especially anonymously.

Don' t worry we don't believe that, Novartis reps in the USA are our friends and one crazy person won't change our oppinion of you guys. We are worried about about lay off there!. Good luck my frinds!

Good point, but the individual who won the"Stink Sandal Award" is not an innocent employee, he's the one started the personal attaks and jokes to the PR reps. Some people are acting so immature.
 






Stink Sandal Award, Shiniest Suit Award, Best Mustache Award, etc. I can't get over what has gone on down there. Maybe I should request a transfer, grow a mustache, and start wearing sandals!
