Hello

I am interviewing for a Sr Biopharmaceutical Rep/ Inflammation position. I am hoping someone out there can answer just a couple of questions:

Will I be responsible for only Enbrel?
Approx how many physicians will I target?
Will I see only Rheums or Derms too?

Thank you to anyone who can help me in advance. I know I will have an opportunity to ask these questions during interviews but I am trying to be as prepared as possible-I've been out of work for too long. Anything else you can share would be appreciated.

Thank you

Enbrel & Prolia
30 - 50
Both and some PCP

BIG TIME micro management especially in the Central region. Absolutely NO autonomy at all, derms are great Rheums are harder. Job totally depends on your manager and the region.. company is just a mess right now.

Thanks for your response. I was on a Merck hospital team (CV/Metab) when I was laid off. As much as I didn't want to lose my job we did have too many reps ( I believe over 450 at the time). I can't really be picky but I'm hoping this isn't quite like that. We were bumping into each other OFTEN.

Do you know roughly how many reps are selling Enbrel/Prolia? Do you have a counterpart?

I wouldn't say this company is a mess. On the BHBU side, but we trained for Enbrel and IBU co-promotes Prolia. No mirrors, but close working together with each other to maximize sales. Prolia was going down hill, but positive change in leadership and things are looking great. Enbrel is a great drug and takes selling. Bennies are the best I have had with almost 6 figures in retirement account and stock options after 2 years.

Thank you very much for the insight
