Indy bio sales manager position

I’m considering applying for the Indy Sales Manager position with Sun. It would be managing the team that sells the injectable.
Can anyone (professionally) tell me what they think was the downfall of the previous manager. I understand that this is a high performing team with the former manager and reps winning several top trophies. Why did he leave? Can a manager at Sun make improvements for the team without going against your corporate culture? Any other feedback is greatly appreciated.
 








Untrue. The previous award winning manager chose to resign without a provocation. He was faced with an ethical dilemma to either incriminate himself for Sun or walk away. He is a an ethical person so he chose to walk. Something Sun Leadership knows nothing about.
I would not recommend working at Sun in any capacity. Do you research.

First, I’m in the best place I’ve ever been in my life. Happy, content, peaceful, just want the best for everyone.
That said, working at Sun for 2 years really opened my eyes to other cultures, even though I’d spent 20 years in the industry, with 2 large European based companies.
Is it Sun or is it more broadly the country culture ? I have my thoughts, but regardless, being at Sun, you’ll realize they simply couldn’t care less about you, how the conduct business, or, the quality of the product. The lack of ‘humanness’ is pervasive. I’ve witnessed behaviors at the Executive level that are abhorrent. It would never-ever happen in any U.S. or European company. Borderline physically violent. Yes, you heard that right.
I simply knew it wasn’t for me, and unless you’re long term unemployed and need marginal health benefits for your children, take a pass.
 




Thanks. I did. I can tell you that it didn’t take long to see what was going on here. Every incentive bonus you need to pray they pay you out what they owe you. The numbers are not correct but management doesn’t care? Paleeeze. It is an impossible situation. Good luck all.
