Is there actually a court case going on? I seriously don’t know so please no silly responses
If this is true that means the government convened a grand jury and they came back with charges. Big if true.

I’d be very, very interested to know when Dilip is in town next. I can envision him being intercepted at the airport by OIG agents. Manzano and Davis - did they let things get out of hand or were they genuinely that ignorant?

Anxiety and the threat of unemployment goes hand in hand with being at Sun, sorry to say. I understand where you’re coming from and suggest you be actively looking. Just like everyone else.

Problems (Levulan off label,...) are real big issues. And do not forget the lawsuit from Biofrontera. It could cost a lot of money for DUSA/SUN.... Millions $$$

Yeah they are both legit issues, but there’s at least one other the pales all others combined.
Manzano is aware of it - maybe the heat was getting too close and that’s why he left.
Leaving doesn't indemnify him from any issues going on while he was there.
Perhaps he left because it will get worse and he cannot resolve it.
Or he left because he found another job.......
That’s a possibility but unlikely. When you’re as high up on the global food chain (top 10) with Dilip, you don’t walk out the door. Too much to leave on the table.
At that level, leaving immediately without a transition and notice is suspicious.
And if you combine that with the departure of the head of compliance, it will cause speculation.
What is it? The lawsuits (from my point of view they will lost it...). One bigger one??
There is the one item around generics including Nexium which was recently filed in the Boston courts (public record). And perhaps that’s the one that pushed Manzano off the ledge. That could be a real biggie for Dilip.
But there’s another situation, not filed, that I think could be bigger than any of the others.
And now Taro's CFO is resigning to go work at a private firm.
