Pan across patients in wheel chairs and walkers. Pan into a tall, muscular, stern-looking nurse, carrying a tray with small plastic cups each with a bar code label. Nurse carefully tip toes through the moaning, comatose patients, pointing a bar code reader at each patient's bar code lapel gracefully, then scanning the identical bar code on a plastic cupful of pills. With each exact match, she leans the patient's head backwards, beckon them to lower their jaw, then throws the pills in, followed by a splash of water.
