Lars doesn’t care. He hires bullies to do his shady work for him. MAZD and LUDH are dictators who bully everyone in an effort to hide their incompetence. If they’re yelling at everyone from day 1 then people scatter like insecure mice. And it trickles down to the people at the affiliate level they work with. It’s a classic case of needing to break the silence but everyone is afraid to speak up because they have to be “respected” because they’re EVPs. So sad. So incredibly sad.
 






So true. As well as being a bully, MAZD is deeply corrupt and unethical. The things he has done in the last 10-years since become an EVP is horrendous. But like with DUGL, it is all going to come out. It is well known in Zurich. We just need people to speak up now. And his enemies are growing. His days are limited but he has had too many already… asshole!
 






He is a truly an AWFUL human being. But as we all know, Lars has no balls and won’t do anything about it. All talk about the NNW, zero action. In fact I blame Lars more than MAZD - it is the managers role to weed out such people. Meanwhile MAZD bullies without reproach and collects his millions of Swiss Frans in low tax Switzerland every year. So sad ready!
