America is a fraud. With all their talk about making PDI a better sales organization the sales reports never get any better and therefore the bonus and evaluation ratings remain a joke.
When I brought the subject of targets who were not in my territory not being deleted by Incentials my DM said “That’s the way it is. You just have to accept it”
Hey America....You can’t base your annual evaluations by 70% on sales growth and continue to use the crappy inaccurate sales data if you want to have any credibility as a sales organization.
Sales reps are supposed to hit all their targets and increase sales. The company does a lot of monitoring to make sure you do that.
The problem is that nobody in management is checking to see if the sales data management staff is doing their "do diligence” in removing targets form territories in the Incentials plan before calculating and posting numbers. Where are the checks and balances on them ?
Incentials is a separate organization folks they don’t give a crap if individual PDI reps are paid accurately based on the corrected number of targets in their territory.
They could just as easily pull numbers out of a hat and most reps and managers would never know if those percentages and number of target were correct.
Did you notice Incentials never lists who those individual targets were in ANY of the Incentials reports?....... There is a reason for that....... By not including individual names way you can never check and prove that the numbers they are throwing out are based on anything real.
If Incentials listed the names of those "alleged targets" you would at least be able to check and see if you had a case that the payout was based on doctors who were actually in your territory. At least thats a start to checking on Incentails to see if they are doing their job and not just totally bullshiting these reports.
If America had any credibility she would require Incentials to do that or refuse to pay them!
Good Luck and Good Selling!
