Inappropriate relationships with sales and management in Ocrevus franchise

A handful of us have been keeping records of inappropriate favoritism and highly questionable relationships outside of work with management. Our district manager had started displaying strange behavior with a teammate at the NSM and we all have noticed. A recent conference call only highlighted this fact. The excessive get togethers, phone conversations, whispers, favoritism, and exchanging of glances hasn’t gone unnoticed. We have also heard a similar situation is happening with an RFD as well. This will all be exposed.

It’s not just that, although we know it’s going on. It’s the calls and activity after hours and on weekends. Very inappropriate. The favoritism around here is unreal and very sad. This manager and RFD should be told not to have sidebar conversations. There are certain things you shouldn’t do. They have crossed the line and people are noticing.

Nothing new with this company, Onc pioneered inappropriate behavior and all other franchises have adopted it. Why would MS be any different. It’s no different than the cronyism and nepotism that is rampant.

its a company ready to die.

The old Genentech is long gone and died somewhere along with the merger with Roche. It was once a highly respected and sought after company to work for. Now it’s full of back stabbing managers (I.e., anything in GIO) and manager wannabes. Death by a full blown takeover would be the best thing to put this Trojan horse out of it’s misery.
