In trouble for buying business

Reps are buying business in the SE and getting caught red handed. The MA'a you are paying off are providing some great information to the feds. A lot of you will fall and there will be no one to catch you. After all those dinners delivered to their homes, cash exchanging hands and coach bags, this is the way they repay you. I'm loving every minute of it. You will get what's coming to you very very soon. I guess that's the price you pay when you have nothing of value to offer clients and you are so desperate.

Here is another popular Plus scheme

Money flows like this PLUS ---> Intermediate company, whose president is paid consultant to PLUS ---> Dividend from intermediate company paid to Urologist when they agree to refer biopsies to PLUS

The real problem for PLUS is that the urologists talk too much about the great deal they are getting to other physicians, followed by whistle-blowing, etc..

Are you guys serious... Take a look at Bio Reference and all the other labs who have been buying business for years with limo rides, reduced stock options, shows,, ect... Plus is a small 80 million dollar company with a handful of clients across the country. There is no elborate scam going on at Plus to buy business.. Of course there are problly some reps giving out some free lunches or gift certificates but not on a major scale like you are saying ..

Read your compliance rules. PLUS has always been close to the line, if not over. This is the reason to steer clear of this loser enterprise.
