I am depressed for having worked here.

You know, during the Prozac days, employees were the best customers.

Of course, Lilly drugs were still free to employees then.

I often feel like damaged goods. Do this, don't do that, you did it wrong, let me watch you, do it over again.... it's worse than the Marines (at least with the Marines, you can retire after 20 years!)

Glad I am not the only one that feels this way... Feel like I'm a horse on a treadmill with the carrot just inches from my farthest reach.

My favorite line- "You did very well this year by being at 103%YTD for portfolio. However, there are some areas that need improvement so get you to 105%." Really? Funny, in school, having a 103% average for the year was considered above and beyond without a lecture about areas of improvement.
