I have mix feelings about the meeting. Great to see co workers and meet new ones. I am inspired by the vision but we have the wrong leaders. I am not inspired by them. We are not trying to build spaceships, too many rookie mistakes being made and impacting our performance and culture as a team. It’s taking too long to pivot from our mistakes.

Marketing team we can do better.
 




That’s what happens when the company hires so many people at once from outside of the industry. Not to mention a lack of promoting from within. Many of these “leaders” are only with Novartis a few years if not a few months and are in above their heads. T4G has really messed up the company
 




What value did you even gain outside of networking? It was a waste of 3 days where we all fell behind on our day to day work. The most valuable aspect was having the entire brand team and TLL teams together, and there’s better ways to facilitate that than this.
 




Perhaps Pfizer can learn from our mistakes. I am sure they can build the model better and faster. Our model is a case study in what not to do. We have the wrong leaders in place. They are out of touch with employees, our customers and reality.

For goodness sake Jason stop talking. Others just take the mic from him. These people are walking text books of quotes and massive “Egos”

Stop with the stupid new acronyms and job to be done. You sound like a robot.
Huge disconnect .. Please stop talking about DEI when you don’t represent it or fully support it.

Surely this is a joke. Gail is the most socially awkward and incompetent marketing leader I’ve ever seen. She seems terrified at the sound of her own voice and like she’s sleepwalking through the day. Her way of thinking is outdated and quickly moving us in the wrong direction.

Then how the hell did she get hired? I had the opportunity to interact with her briefly while working on some projects and was not impressed at all
 




How about that tone deaf Q&A ? Whoever won the lunch should have it with Gail and ask her more questions since she finds it uncomfortable to give her team any clarity
