Immunology Sales Specialist - Any Advice?

Good God Man, read some threads! JBI is a shell of what was once a top biotech company. Slowly J&J drove off talent and put in company clowns with no background in immunology at the executive and managerial levels. They in turn hired more clowns like the Risperdal asswipes most of who should be in jail. So much for the CREDO. They are here to check a box for a few years and royally F things up because they are arrogant and not too bright. Combine that with a diversity hiring platform where competence is not a criterion. This caused top talent to leave and inferior drugs to totally kick our ass. Morale is a joke because you really can't trust anyone. Everyone I know is either looking or playing the game to milk out a few more years. If I needed a job, was about to be let go, or just love watching train wrecks from the front row, I would come to JBI. If I wanted real biotech, I would pass.

why do you ask? If you're qualified for the position, go on and hit one of us up on linked in. Otherwise fess up and fill us in if you're one of those parasites with a pharma market research gig. You know the sketchy gigs that pay their rats well to be sneaky snitches and basically rip us off. Either way, prove it.
