Immunology positions salary and training

Part of the training includes how to make fake calls all day as access is terrible.

keep your iPad in airplane mode to avoid GPS tracking.

only sync once per day at home on your WiFi when not in airplane mode.

immunology is like the only one with universal coverage lol where aren't stelara or tremfya covered?

Run from this. If it’s a big territory you will still need gas receipts and mileage to log all the fake calls required to hit your call plan. The access is terrible so you are driving all day to sit in a lobby just to log your calls for doctors you can’t see. If it’s a small territory then it’s much less hassle to log calls.

This is true for all sales forces. At Chronic Care my DM and RBD encourage you not to be on a list. So guess what, 80% of entry’s are falsified. We do not like to do this, but management forces this behavior. It was really bad with Chronic Care, now my new position SOS.

If you have a large territory, you need a side hustle at door dash to accumulate enough monthly miles to justify the volume of sales calls. Getting paid a full time corporate salary with a company car is the best way to work a door dash gig.

If you use door dash delivery your lunches, you could be the door dash driver doing the delivery at your offices for a nice tip you get to give to yourself. You might as well get paid if we are in the catering business.

Ever since we returned to the field I make 100% of my lunch deliveries myself, but I am the door dash and grub hub driver for my own deliveries. The offices don't know door dash or grub hub is involved, and just thinks it is me bringing them food. I tip myself very well. I have vertically integrated all aspects of this job into my income because the company tells me to run my territory like I am the CEO of it.

This is 100% true.

The astounding thing is that it's been this way since 2010 and yet somehow this very, very, very, very expensive charade somehow drags on.

The only thing clear is that it's the DM's job to keep the charade alive. When you see that truth, all of a sudden everything a DM does, fails to do, and does rarely and selectively finally makes sense.

sales managers and RBDs don't care that he calls are fake as long as we hit the number of calls each day. The fake calls justify the number of reps, DMs, and RBDs. If the calls entered were 100% real half of the entire pharma industry would not exist. It is in everyone's best interest to keep the lie alive to maintain the headcount.
