This new culture in Immunology is the worst. This is not the culture that brought Humira to the top. We are hiring zero experienced people for Sales and Medical and they have no understanding of how to launch or build relationships. Ex: Haff in commercial and GM and JD in Rheum and Derm medical. All of them are backstabbing, lackluster leaders with no pedigree and high power insecurities. Abbvie will fail.. people make drugs great. Your people suck !!!
 




I will say that some of the worst and fattest people are in leadership like GM. He’s the new BIG with his custard and cake eating self. Treat to target is now “eat to target” with GM and RD in Gastro. All these fat bastards need to be on a GLP. Anyone listening to this nonsense is a complete idiot. Fool me once.. shame on you. Fool me twice.. shame on me. That’s GM, JD, RD, and Haff.
 




Immunology never had a great culture, but what culture it did have left the building with people like Salanty. The only culture now is fear, intimidation and don't question your marching orders or you will be shown the door.
