ICAP reps steer the business to small and unethical companies. You can connect the dots as to the why. They have stolen way too many accounts from the Quest reps who refuse to work with them. Now they will turn their attention to stealing business from LC reps. Work with them at your own peril

The NE region from Philly to NY has many of the same reps just moved the pieces because they think LCA does not speak to QD people.
