I'm currently interviewing with the ImmunoCap division but have no idea of the overall satisfaction of the current reps. Can someone please fill me in? I know I leave myself wide open for smart ass comments but please help me out with this. In a tough position between taking this position or keep hunting.
Also, does TF have a 401k match? How much? Retirement? Thank you very much in advance!
 
























Unless you are desperate don't come here; morale is terrible and this place is depressing. No one will trust that you are a grown up and you know how to manage a business so the sub-par management will micro manage across the board to make themselves feel like they are "productive". Everyone who says they have your back or pretend to be your friend will take you down in a heartbeat.

It was a great place to work but with all the restrictions and limitations from TFS on how we do business is going to kill this division. At the end of the 2nd quarter, we will no longer be allowed to do dinners or programs. It will be strictly lunches. With the limit of $750 per doctor is also going to kill us Every rep knows who are the guys who can really produce numbers for this division and dinners will make that happen. Best of luck to everyone here, but if you have a chance to go, please do best choice you ever made. Layoffs are coming regardless of what mgt says.

Who needs to buy business when WG is so Nice, MM is so Smart and MZ is sooo Cute. This is all that matters to my docs. Boy MZ, he is so cute.

Everything you say and do will be used against you in the court of our law and without due process or representation. Watch your back! Spies everywhere. Claim to be the opposite of big pharma, but in reality much, much worse. It's like a fraternity without the chicks. Individuals who deviate from the expected norm or the flavor of the month club are identified prior to meetings so MM, WG, other RSM's and in house coolaid drinking cronies can keep an "eye" on them in an effort to build a case for termination. Smiles and pats on the back mean nothing. WG is a fake. MM seems smart because he surrounds himself people (friends) who are intellectually challenged. RSM's and MM micro manage every rep and hold them to much higher standards than they themselves are held to. If the same process were applied to MM's friends they would all be fired. Yes men! Amen! Time for the Rats to find higher ground. Don't let the save their necks at your expense.
