My friends in China have offerred to send two thousand Chinese prisoners to construct it. It will overlook Lucas Oil Stadium so I'll have a great view of the Super Bowl. After they are done, the prisoners will stay on as FDEs, doing specialty and primary care.

Sidney said outsourced labor is the way to go, Americans are lazy and over priced. There he is now...gotta go...as we say in Kentucky...Chow!
