Is it me or have all the emails and schedules confused the hell out of anyone else!!!
I have no idea what we are doing with which virtual training!! What is the
SFA and CSO training and what does this consist of im all confused with all of the communication along with the ridiculous amount of information we must retain!!!!
 






SFA will be all about sales call reporting on the iPads, how to record samples, how to do an information request, how to view and understand target/call lists, how to do inventory, how/when to communicate the tablet, how to view/understand prescriber market share and sales data, etc. Not so sure about CSO training.
 






























What do you expect? We are being paid 2/3 less than a full time rep with no benefits or expenses. Yet they have the same expectations of us as they do a full time sales force with real income and benefits. Both Pfizer and Oncall should be ashamed.

I had the same problem when trying to read the modules. They are very blurry. You have to click through them using the email links that Vince sent even though they are blurry in order to get credit for completing them. But then go to the google drive (link was sent in an email from Vince on January 8th, subject line "Premarin Training Update.") Here you can download the original PDF files which are not blurry at all. Also, if you really wanted to you could print clear copies from these PDFs. Hope that helps.

I agree, it has been very confusing and frustrating.

There is a breakdown of the agenda for the Virtual Product Training Class in the syllabus. I think that they are going to be preparing you to take and pass the final exam and how to detail the products for the Sales Call Evaluations with the Pfizer trainer. The SFA training is just as the previous poster mentioned, it walks you through how to use your iPad and enter sales calls. Just make sure you log into the storm cloud and that all of your modules are showing completed in green. It has also helped me to make file folders within my email to start organizing all of these emails by modules I need to complete, modules I have already completed, informational emails, etc.

I am hoping if we hang in there and just make it through this training that the actual day to day of the job will work out just fine.

When clicking on the email links and going through the modules, yes they are very blurry. However, if you access the PDF copies available on the google drive you can download the original PDFs which are not blurry at all. You could also print these if you wanted to. The link to google drive was provided in an email from Vince on Jan 8th titled "Premarin Training Update." However, you must still click through all of the slides using the email links in order to get credit for completing each module. Hope that helps.

I do not see anywhere on the modules where it shows green checks. It never had me log in. Can someone please tell me how we log in so we get credit??? I already took and passed the final exam so maybe I don't need to do this now??
 












You will get credit if you enter the module through the email link sent to you by Vince, or you can enter the module by clicking on it directly when you are in your Storm Cloud summary page. Either way will give you credit so long as you click through every single slide to the end. Just downloading and reading the PDF from the LMS does not give you credit, although it is an easier to read format.
