How is Inform (or whatever its calling its-self today) still standing? This place has let go 95% of its employees. How is it still generating any money to keep going? I would assume it will be sold to Quest or another big company for parts.

Can someone explain to me how much more time this shitty company has?

This sh1t hole could run for another 2 years dwindling down to nothing. Remember we were literally bought for pennies ($17 million give or take), so any profit at the end of the year and the PE guys are doing well. They don't care about this company. They are trying to flip it.
 








Avista got a great deal on this place and then trusted the wrong people. Mooney was a terrible hire, Zaves was/is a drunk alcoholic idiot, Aaron destroyed Derm and GI, Bounelis was soooo useless, Brandi Is a joke and now I have to listen to Kathryn.

you pay 15 million for a business that was going to sell for 220 million and you destroy it because you listen to the wrong people. We are down like 8000 cases a month if not more across all specialties who in the hell is gonna want to buy us? At the end of the day they have recouped the 15 million and they don’t give two shits about what happens to us as employees. Company will never recover because The wrong people are in charge, promotions need to be based on performance experience not ass kissing and popularity. Four of the best reps quit on the same day because of leadership, let that sink in. Congratulations Tom for destroying a company because you were more concerned about getting drunk then you were having the right people in management, great choice on Aaron. He got rid of every revenue model in GI. I am sure you don’t give two shits because you got a great severance but there’s those of us who are still stuck here because we have families to support And we are still haunted by your horrendous leadership every day.

Word on the street is these guys aren’t paying their bills and breaking contracts. If true these guys aren’t in the business for long haul. So, if sales don’t bring in the new client because these guys might not pay you. Maybe derm diagnostics or labcorp would appreciate you. If a doctor well be careful what you sign because at the end of the day you are honest and uphold your word but these guys always have their fingers crossed. The brand they tarnishing isn’t inform but really Avista capital management.....it going make buying the next healthcare company harder....no one will believe them. It worth googling about private equity and healthcare there are about a dozen articles out recently about how private equity basically slashes everyone salaries and lots of companies end up with piles of debt. Long term it doesn’t end well for the employees. Avista might make money but you won’t. If you got solid sales contacts find a long term company.....don’t put your heart and soul into a Abusive drunken one night stand....the only thing you can get out this is a black eye and be stuck with the hotel bill. FYI dermtec is hiring....nice to be part of growing company with upside.
