Why is the "What happened to the MILF thread" on the playground? I thought the playground was for REGISTERED posters only....

When did that change?

Only registered posters can POST, but any of the riff raff can read what the elite here have to say; therefore, we still get censored to protect the snoopers.

WE, look at the thread. It's a couple of threads down....It was started by Anonymous yesterday and has had over 80 responses...all anonymous. Unless I'm missing something.....

Just finished scanning through that post. I ask again here: what is with the anon posts here on the playground???

Maybe the eye decided we needed some spicing up on the playground, so anons can now start posting.

Oh goody.....

This was on the Pfizer board. Since I'm PFE retired and check that board often to keep up with retiree benefits, etc, I saw it there (and made a comment of two). There was similar one on the Merck board awhile back that was deleted. People find these things and gravitate to them whether or not they worked for the company. Company bigwigs maybe get pissed?

My take is that a number of people want a thread to post about their sex desires, thoughts and lives without being ID'd with an avatar as often an SO or spouse figures out your avatar. For whatever reason, the eye in the sky doesn't want an anonymous posting board for sexuality - so - 1st time - poof, removed! This time - moved. Final result - most likely dead.

Obviously though - we still have some smoldering hot hens out there....;)

One more time: A thread very much like this was on the Merck board a year or so ago. It was very popular as many wish to ask and answer thoughts on sexual behavior anonymously. It was a lot like the threads we used to have on the playground. Word got around and I doubt everyone posting there was from Merck, Suddenly one day, it was deleted by the mods.

So this thread started on the Pfizer board and samo, samo. People found it and started posting on it. Suddenly one day it appears to have been moved over here. I can see how it's more of a playground topic than a specific company topic. On the other hand, many posters are uncomfortable posting honestly about sex due to the fact an avatar is used and sometimes a significant other figures out an avatar. Probably the thread is now dead.

So you're saying one of the mods moved the thread to the playground?

That's what it looks like to me. Usually when they move a thread, they leave the name of the thread up and say 'moved'. They didn't do that but this thread was up on the PFE board before it was moved here. Same thing though, sexually adventurous people vs bible thumpers.

We know who always wins that 'battle'.

FYI: there is statement in the Bible that states that the marriage bed is undefiled. Meaning--anything goes. The kicker that upsets the 'adventurous' folks is the "marriage bed" part. Sorry.

Good point. As we've seen, every so-called Holy Book from the Bible to the Koran has every possible interpretation. That was demonstrated right here when you and another poster differed on an interpretation awhile back. And then there are those who don't share the idea that a Supreme being/mind created all this. Who created that Supreme being/mind?

Meanwhile over on Pfizer there's another thread for 'those offended by a Viagra ad' that could end up heading the same way. We shall see.

Well, I am clearly the expert on Sexual behavior so ask away. . . . I will answer and give you an honest one and, if desired, one from research. . . . did you folks know that when it comes to adultery, there is really NO difference between any of the groups in percent of - however, the more religious just tend to stay married after the incident or during. I doubt there are enough open arrangements to give us a good statistic. . . but that might have changed as more and more people are choosing to just "live" together.
