Recently laid off after 12 years with same company due to widespread restructure, top performer, multiple awards, etc. I’ve read all the warnings about Sun but I need a job bottom line. Recruiter reached and said TM base 90k, 45k bonus at plan, company car. I heard to shoot higher because some TMs base $140-150 with half my experience.
Please I’m asking for real answers. Thanks.
 






























There are huge salary discrepancies on Ilumya team which is based on who FL likes. Total BS.
Say what you want but there are good people on this salesforce who work hard. Sun’s business practices are not their doing or fault. Who could blame these people for believing what was told to them and wanting to earn a good living, I don’t. Performance measures and rank should be thrown out window because it’s such a cluster right now with Hub, FRMs, MSL resignations, particular East RSM screwing TMs over, etc. I watched this team try to hold it together last week at NSM and they looked like they were getting their asses handed to them and being scapegoats for senior leadership garbage. Pay and treatment are not equal here. Favoritism, sabotage, and backstabbing are rampant.
 






On Ilumya team and I’m in top third. Docs give me script and hate Hub and I get ass chewed. I’ve sold my soul feels like. We got good dosing schedule and safety profile but efficacy sucks no matter how you spin it one of my top docs told me. He said you are about to get hammered by Abbvie’s new drug. I think this is a niche drug but too many missteps in this launch. My credibility is shot by selling what I was told to do. Im being thrown bones with train wreck patients after Siliq and that drug has better efficacy. Folks Sun is going to get rid of 1/2 of us and make territories way large by Christmas for those they retain.

Sun has doubled down on this drug. They will layoff reps in other divisions before they cut TM's, just like they did recently.

Our efficacy sucks? Really? First off, there is not one Biologic that works for everyone....unfortunately. Why did your doctor say SkyRizi is going to hammer us? Or did you even bother to ask them?
Your doctor also sounds like a narrow-minded arrogant prick. Let them try the new one, and keep pushing Ilumya. They will eventually figure it out for themselves.
