Feed them lunches, get your shopping in and be home by 4. Then people come on here and whine. Go out and do your job and know that your making way more than most of Americans and hardly work. Some territories have no travel and a couple territories you couldn’t pay me to have. those people live in hotels more than home.

I don’t think there were favorites...you got a nice boost based on what you were making at your previous company. So the discrepancies would be if you were coming from a low paying biologic company or a shitty paying Derm company etc.. so blame your previous employer or yourself for not getting paid.
