I’d like to send a big shoutout to the coward that has been sending out TM names with their salary info out to some of us. If your motive is to stir the pot and upset a lot of us who have been working our asses off since day one by violating confidential employee info you should be so proud of yourself to let those of us know we are being totally screwed.

I haven't seen this. How bad is it?
 




I’m all for anyone who works hard everyday receiving what they deserve but this is wrong. Ranges $10-48,500 in salary differences. Majority in the $25k and above range. I know some of the TMs with the high salaries and their qualifications don’t justify why they are being paid so much more. It isn’t personal. I’m sure trolls will have negative comments and I could care less. What I care about is the blatant favoritism and no justification for these salary discrepancies.

Who is “her?” I don’t know who is sending this out but my guess is someone from home office who has had it with company or maybe an RSM who knows salaries. Hell who knows this is such a cluster. Her, him, I don’t care but more reasons to lose any faith left in this group.
 












Salaries are usually factored on what you were making at your previous job. So who cares if there is a large difference in someone’s base salary. Damn snowflakes go sell hand cream.

If you look at the big picture, some people are getting big salaries, sure. The bonus isn't going to be there (because the sales and revenue aren't there), and they'll be unemployed in another 6-9 months. It's not a long term deal. I'd rather make less and stay employed longer.

C’mon. Do you really think that logic is valid ?

Separately, the whole this is blowing up and we’ll all be out in a year. So, it pays to take the more cash now. Plus it’s a higher base to leverage in your next position.

It's going to be hard to leverage being on the sales team for the worst biologic launch in recent memory. Sooner we all get out, the better.
