Does anyone think that the new sales goals are pushing reps to move on? I know I’m going to be looking hard. Chicago will be my last worthless meeting with Sun. This company is a poop stain on the industry and needs to be tossed out with the trash.

Sales goals always go up my dear. Sun is no different.
Here’s the wrap on this company in two bullet points:
- Sun’s turnover is insane. It’s no where close to real Pharma companies, it’s more like what’s at McDonalds. Each time they backfill a position they have to go deeper in the talent cesspool bc they can only get former gym managers, landscapers and kitchen appliance people. Open positions lower costs, which is the whole operating model for sun. That’s not sustainable.
- Poop stain ? Only true if you’re there more than a year, maybe two. My bet is that 300 people have cycled through sun the past 3 years or so. Name more than 3 who left for a better position. Virtually no one did. They left because even coming from their inferior backgrounds, they saw what a Sh!t Show this place is, and they bailed.
With Spring here, I’m sure a few more will leave to go back to their lawn-cutting businesses.
