Simple question fir promotion:

1. has the person exceeded all targets, consistently.
2. Specifically, how is their job changing ?

no way you can get anything positive on this case in those two questions.
 


















They never give an explanation that makes sense. BM probably bitched and moaned and he wanted a bigger title and I’m sure a lot more money. I’m still trying to figure out exactly what this guy does except mooch off company dime.
 






Again, what promotion took place? They no doubt gave him a title and $5000 more a year. The bump is so he can pay for diet pills. His position is to drink with customers. Doesn’t even understand our own drugs. This joke is brought to you by Sun. The maker of many jokes.

I think he is now Director of Physician Relations or some BS. Not original poster. What a joke that job is. He does nothing. He throws a tantrum when asked to do anything where he has to drive more than 15 minutes from an airport. Docs think he is an ass. Another stellar choice there Sun, not.
