To Sales Management. You continue to hit the 90-110% to goal reps with bullshit goals while the top and bottom get a pass? If this doesn’t change next quarter I will be moving from taking the quarter off to a full time job hunt. I’m not killing myself for $1000 more per quarter while you pack my goals for next quarter. This while the top and bottom are completely fucking off. So done working for complete tools at sun.

? 50% of the sales force is new. Those of us that are climbing into contention for recognition and awards are NOT HAPPY! I came here to grow a company instead I find leaders who probably were never reps or only for a short time, come from primary care Big Pharma and don’t know a thing about dermatology. The incentive plan is a joke. Just like Sun.

1. You didn’t do your homework before joining or you would have known.
2. You’ve stayed too long. However long it’s been, you’ve stayed too long.

So if you don’t get out, stop complaining, there’s only your self to blame. None of this is new.

Most RSMs are a joke and the Area Directors are clueless bean counters. I quit the day the latest goals came out. This machine I made will roll for six months while I exit.
