Hey smart guy, the QuiTam only makes payment to the person or persons that filed the complaint; not the law firm. A payment is also only made IF the person filing the complaint had nothing to do with the wrongdoing. The laaw firm if any was used may collect a fee. Most are filed directly to the government and payment is made in full to the whistle blower.Back to the point I first commented on. No company attorney would tell a person to lie and put their future as an attorney at risk; not a single one. The company can go down before they would put their butt on the line.Next time you want to feel important stick with the conversation at hand. Still JMHO:Mark
