IHD







Ischemic Heart Disease. Do your homework before you come here, lots of people leaving. Old product with no new data, incentive comp still can't figure out our goals and management manages by fear. Better options out there imo.
 






Yep. This is true. Left the field early today right after my IC update call with my RD. Company treats their sales people like dog crap in this division. How is it that last year they re-adjusted goals higher after Q1 was over, so people made less money. And now this year the country finishes at 93% to goal for Q1 and there is no adjustment until Q2. Really???? Maybe that is why turnover in this division is insane! Or maybe our CEO ($187mill last year) and other execs don't make enough money. They need my $9600/quarter too....what a joke this place is!
 


















Yep no one is making money in q1 and goals just went up for q2. Gilead hates this division, Ranexa only has 2 more years on patent and company makes 7.5B per qtr and invest nothing back into IHD. No new products, no new managed care team, nothing.
 






Doesn't depend on manager....it depends on the SRD. My manager is great but is afraid of SRD...especially in North East....nightmare. Managers see what is wrong but are afraid to speak up. Stay away from North East. Never seen so much turnover at such a "GREAT COMPANY"!
 












Spent 1-1/2 years in IHD. Saw how bad they treated their people so I left of my terms. Definately a culture of fear. Cannot ask any questions about performance or goals. Same people win every year with no growth. Recruiters in the industry know how easy it is to get Gilead people. If you're not in one of those easy territories you have about 2-3 years before they come after you

Q2 goal went up 15+ TRXs/week from Q1. Thanks for that adjustment in Q2! Another quarter without target bonus.
 
























Sorry....but my Q2 goals went up compared to Q1. If nobody hit goal in Q1 and goals went up in Q2, sounds like another quarter without bonus. Worst move coming to this company. Did anyone mention they have changed the data set for our numbers 3 years in a row. I agree with other poster, they treat us like sh#%.
