Is IgG4-RD worth the leap? Base does seem low for rare disease. I'm told $170-$180. Could someone please tell me more about the perks to make it worthwhile? 10x match for 401k, $64k at plan for bonus, Christmas and July 4th shut down is all great. Stock options? PTO? Sign on bonus? Culture of new team? Northeast territory.
