We were fooled by the pillars of strength, the talk by the ceo and the fact that we still had a national meeting. Shame on us. LC numbers have grown because we've helped them grow but we've also lost some of our own business along the way (some has also been redirected through LC). MM's sales pitch got us again.
They overpaid for our division. This is all Henri's fault. Henri knew to sell at the top when he could get a premium for our business. There is so much competition now that it was inevitable that we lose business along the way. Partner that with crappy resources that just keep shrinking and rules that keep changing and you've got yourself a team on the brink of mass exodus.
