Next year's comp plan, i am trying to figure out what the hell happened to THIS years comp plan???? No catastrophic backups allowed. Well you know what F@#$ YOU!!! Sorry Mike and Todd your not in charge anymore. What the hell are you doing, updating your resumes while your sales force is imploding.... I am so over this place and can't wait to leave.

ha ha ha ha. I thought genzyme was great and labcorp welcomed you people with open arms at that Tahoe meeting. What happened? Reality? We told you so...........
 






We were fooled by the pillars of strength, the talk by the ceo and the fact that we still had a national meeting. Shame on us. LC numbers have grown because we've helped them grow but we've also lost some of our own business along the way (some has also been redirected through LC). MM's sales pitch got us again.
They overpaid for our division. This is all Henri's fault. Henri knew to sell at the top when he could get a premium for our business. There is so much competition now that it was inevitable that we lose business along the way. Partner that with crappy resources that just keep shrinking and rules that keep changing and you've got yourself a team on the brink of mass exodus.
