What's old? And what's high?

Right now the management that has ruled B+L for the past many years is scrambling to maintain control over the company and the culture.

It is very hard to break this group. They and HR have set things up so that their control is maintained regardless of who takes over and how many layoffs they have.
 












The best scenario would be to eliminate all of upper management, hr, and all of their incompetent friends and cronies. They have plagued Bausch the last 5 years. Keep the employees that have rebuilt Bausch, and the relationships, and dump the rest. Veteran reps performed a lot more work than now balancing a larger portfolio. Hope valeants people are paying attention to who these people are. Most of the sales force now are low rate reps with a whining problem.
