If you leave…be careful

letters from ACell are being fired at companies that have skin grafts and hire us. Ask around…save yourself the headache and don't' put yourself at risk. avoid wound care and skin. otherwise you will find yourself likely looking again. Amniox=Bad. I'd avoid Osiris, MiMedx and OI to be safe. Seriously.

First of all, why would anyone want Acell employees?

Who cares about a letter? They will never back it up. ACeLL is a joke. They are used to being sued- not doing the suing. Ever seen their management team? You could fit their legitamate medical sales experience and skills in a thimble. Their new regional sales manager looks and acts like a clown. Complete embarrassment to med device.

Why would anyone go to Amniox? Shocker...another amniotic company

Amniotic tissue is whats sexy in medicine. So many companies popping up because the results sell themselves. You can't find a better set of growth factors then human fetal tissue. Human on human, not animal on human. What a disaster acell is.

Acell literally causes a foreign body reaction. Thats why it turns into colors. Thats the body literally rejecting it. What the company tells their employees and what actually happens are two very different things.

Add to the "avoid if you don't want to fired based on ACell finding out you went here:"
Osiris
Organogenesis
Smith and Nephew
KCI

Either suck it up at ACell or get into another industry. Wound Care/Acute or Chronic is Cancer at this point. Sorry you made the wrong choice.

Mimedx
Amniox
Applied biologics
AllCells
Regennex
Biotissue
Amniogenx

The list goes on of amniotic companies....whored out

Amniox = approved Nowhere!

I interviewed with them and they were very upfront with this. They did not hide anything and were realistic with their expectations. They are also in foot and ankle recon and were upfront with that as well. I also interviewed with MiMedix and Osiris. Not very impressed with either one - both came across like used car sales and more interested in what I would bring then what they could offer.

Call it what you want. The Amniotic industry is taking over, as you see above. Bend over Acell….oink oink….[/QUOTE

At least we have a unique product that works. Better hurry and get in the hospitals you can now before the other 500 amniotic companies beat you to it. Get used to hearing "Another amnion company...you're the 10th person to try and sell us that today!"

So you have a "unique product that works"?. Well good for you. Be very proud that you work for a bunch of used car saleman caliber management team who could never get a management job at real med company. Also, be proud making your 70k a year where as the other companies you are bashing average 2 to 3 times that in pay. If there are supposedly 500 amniotic companies out there-apparently that proves that science works.

I'd rather make a stable $70k a year with no cap on my commissions ever, than make twice that and be laid off in a year. I've had enough of company hopping. But to each their own.

Uncapped commision is great if you sell enough. But everyone I speak to at ACeLL says 3/4th of the sales force barely can make 70k in their second year once they are forced to go straight commision. ACeLL has such delusions of grandeur it's comical. Well, sounds like you are living the dream at ACeLL. Good luck with that. Word on the street is they are in the process of being sold- let's see who gets laid off then.

Sounds like a guy who went on an interview and didn't get the job. Why spend all your time calling ACell employees if you don't care about ACell. Try applying at McDonalds, they won't see through your bullshit

Thanks for the advice. I will apply at mcDonalds because their pay is higher and their management has more med device management skills just by refilling the employee first aid kit. Can't wait to spit in your happy meal. And just for the record, I was offered the job at ahell and turned it down once I found out the company's motto is "bait and switch". See ya in the O.R.
