Middle management will need to start doing work instead of sitting around bobbing their heads in meetings. This will save on hourly payments to contractors who have to pick up the slack for all the slackers.
 




















Can't be done. They are needed to keep the chairs warm during all those important meetings, and Ricky needs people to tell him he doing the right thing.

Well maybe they could play musical chairs at the meetings and loser gets the pink slip. That would make the meetings more fun and productive and give everyone a fair chance to fight for their position. Call me an egalitarian.
