I would ask him to look at cytotech stats. Cytotechs are required to do the max----around 12 per hour. I would ask him to look at cytotech stats for the number of techs dismissed because their error rate was too high. If it turns out to be exceedingly few, as I am betting, he might draw the conclusion that techs across the board are highly proficient and efficient. But the question would then remain, why is there hardly anybody with quality issues that lead to their dismissal, especially since the number of slides required is set to the legal max? Is everybody really THAT good? Hmmmmmm.........
