If you’re not sure but you think you might possibly want new in the next year....start preparing now. Do a little every day. Print out your #s, documentation, PDRs, etc....Get active on LinkedIn. Start brushing up on your interview skills. Get in touch w/old friends/colleagues. They may not have anything now, but tell them to give you a call when something comes up. It’s hard to get in w/out knowing someone. Start now so you can take your time, make sure you find the right fit, and get the $$ you’re looking for. Don’t wait. Always be prepared.....the perfect opportunity may come your way.
 






So true. Ended up with a 35% increase in my base salary and a much more lucrative bonus plan- thanks to networking with former Indivior friends. Good hardworking employees will land in a better place. Good luck to all!
