If you think this board is negative ----check out the Valeant board. They are mean and nasty and hate their company. If this sale is true it ain't looking green at all on the other side!
 












In the medicis merger they laid off 70% of the workers...those who got a white envelope kept their job, black envelope got the axe. They currently have 11 billion in debt.
 


















Valeant is the next Enron. The companies they are buying have been losing sales. They keep buying to cover their past sins. Rates will rise and this over leveraged company will fail.
 






If you are sitting around waiting to see what happens to you then you are a fool. Be responsible for yourself and your family and find something else now. Even if you get a position with Valeant it's a garbage can of a company. Do you want to spend your life hanging on to a junk job that doesn't pay that well? They will invest nothing in you. No training no nothing!! Take control of your life now and get a real career that has potential. Good luck everyone.

So I take it they don't use the Taleo Management System to track our careers and making sure we come up with some BS individual goals? If they actually just let me work and not find stupid things for me to do, like doing some training on eduneering to learn how to use a Prolensa app on the iPad, then Valeant might be the company I've been looking for my whole life. Leave me alone and watch how much money I will make your company by allowing me to actually do what you hired me to do.......SELL.
 
























Better be quick because there ain't many jobs open out there! Not only are you competing with other experienced reps, you have to compete against all the college grads coming out with MBAs that can't find work. Good luck ladies and gentlemen. If you thought you were safe just because you watched your other B+L colleagues get fired and placed on plan over the years, then the joke is on you. Those that got out in the past years to find something else were the lucky ones- the rest of us reading about Valeant are up a creek.
