outside of all three products being, very obviously, misspelled…this is 100% accurate. It’s almost unbelievable. But it’s true.

don’t agree with that part. Company is an absolute roaring inferno of trash, the people that run things I mean. But my customers are happy with EXPAREL and I’ve heard mostly good things about Iovera and Zilretta. So…good products, horrible horrible inept leadership. Which for certain plays into how the industry views and receives the products.
 






Sales gets no respect, management has no clue, morale at an all time low, goals at an all time high, stock price falling, please come work here - misery loves company

Amazing opportunity as a side job with little to no oversight. I manage my manager. Call them every Friday at 4:30 pm and give them an update. 9 times out of ten they will not return the call till Monday afternoon.
As a double dipper, one can make $250K-3$K, just work 15 hours a week, I have been doing this for >2 years.

No capmany car, however, you can fill your and friends/ families gas tank every week.
If your RD likes you and you send them nice Christmas gifts, yes you may get a bonus.
This is a great job if you want mediocrity, boardroom and being a detail person reading off some collateral made in the 80's.

Wow, you all at Pacira like to post a lot! I thought our company was a mess, however, you all take the whole cake! I am glad I read these post, I have an opportunity to interview with the company and I am turning it down- BYW, the recruiter said the average rep makes around $175K a year, I am sure that's not correct either?

That manager told you what is possibly the greatest lie that has ever been told. Average at 220k? That might be what the absolute best potential will be for a handful of reps.

Take 80k off of that number and there’s your average. And what’s cool about the average here at Pacira is that our quotas are so insanely high and unattainable that most reps are making just that…the average. I’ve never seen so many reps growing territories at 15,20,30% YOY and not making quota. I think maybe one person out of 120 made it last year. It’s unbelievable. But hey, at least the company is still growing margins and stacking that cash away in the bank, far far away from the reps!! I’m so proud to work for a company with so much cash in the bank. That’s why I wake up and get at it everyday!! And now we get to do it and not get paid on 2 more products. Unreal.

You will make your salary. And maybe a few grand throughout the year in bonuses. But 90%+ ain’t even sniffing 2 bills. Not close.
