I think it's the day the checks are cut, which is BS because they come out so dame late and every other company is tied to the actual time-frame of the incentive.

Hold off as long as you can.

In the same position. Intranet says as long as you worked the last day of the quarter you will get paid for that quarter. You can search IC payout on intranet to read it

They are not paying the layed off reps for Dec. we are receiving Nov. payout- which is fine- but I would wait. Why take the chance? They are supposed to pay you- but then again we were all employed at the end of Dec. Maybe it is different. Don't blow your chance at a new job if you have to start- good luck.

I left a few days before the end of a sales quarter and I surprisingly still got my pro-rated IC a few months later.

Just milk them for two more weeks of work, lets face it the bonus payouts blow at dsi and the 2 weeks of pay will probably be equivalent.
