The leadership has pounded this company into the ground. It is one of the worst companies in the industry and they treat their employees like garbage. Walk the halls and speak with veterans and it is always the same "This is not the Biogen I knew or respected."

Board is more to blame than Michel. They made a strong case to the board after he was brought on board that Biogen should do a major deal while cash flows were strong from MS. Board said no. And who the hell signed off on selling off Ocrvus and Hemophilia when George was here? What a stupid decision.
