It would seem that the strict decorum about electronic devices could be connected to DNDN not wanting law enforcement to be privvy to what went on at the ASM. There was a few news stories with a few quotes from investors who basically said that they wish they had the acumen to know when to sell as good as DNDN executives did. Brad Loncar also discussed that the board's lack of oversight was unacceptable.

Someone who attended last year's ASM reported that MG even reaffirmed the criminal guidance at that ASM which was just weeks before he pulled it. Any more insight into this year's meeting besides what has been written would be appreciated. If anyone has anything else, please post it here.

Thank you, in advance for your consideration.
